Not only will Marc Jacob launch his new fragrance "DOT" (in July), he is also planning to launch a make-up line produced by Sephora.

I just heard a rumor that H&M is launching a new chain in 2013.
They are working on a luxury brand. The new brand would be more expensive than the COS line.
